Differences between Agile and Waterfall project methodologies

The project methodology (project management) is a set of guiding principles and processes used to plan, manage, and execute projects. This determines how work is prioritized and completed. There are several methodologies to prepare the project. In this blog, I will explain the representative two examples which are Agile and Waterfall. Waterfall methodology is a linear form of project management that the goals and outcomes are established from the beginning. Therefore, it has very low flexibility that once you confirmed your plan, you have to proceed and do it again when you found an error at the last stage.  (https://castellansystems.com/kb/Waterfall.cshtml)  Agile methodology is more flexible than Waterfall methodology. Agile incorporates changes of direction even late in the process, as well as accounting for stakeholders' feedback throughout the process. Therefore, the team will work on phases of the project simultaneously, often with short-term deadlines.  (https://mobile-jon.c
