How the innovative product leads a trend

이미지
The Meld has developed the innovative product called "Automatic temperature controller". The setup process is also quite easy. Firstly, customers install the Meld knob on the existing cooktop. When you cook any food, you can put Meld clip on the pan or pot to control the temperature. Meld automatically adjusts the temperature to cook perfectly. It is an excellent support to cook, as well as it can prevent incidents like fire. For example, if people have dementia, they could forget they turned on the oven. They might not able to control the oven because they forgot that they are cooking in the kitchen! Meld can prevent this huge disaster.  Anyone can think about creative ideas, however, it is quite difficult how it actually applies in a different way as a practical product. If the idea becomes a final product, it will lead a trend in the market.  References: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q7ohBpNCQ5s  https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/meld/meld-a-perfect-meal-every-time

Differences between Agile and Waterfall project methodologies

이미지
The project methodology (project management) is a set of guiding principles and processes used to plan, manage, and execute projects. This determines how work is prioritized and completed. There are several methodologies to prepare the project. In this blog, I will explain the representative two examples which are Agile and Waterfall. Waterfall methodology is a linear form of project management that the goals and outcomes are established from the beginning. Therefore, it has very low flexibility that once you confirmed your plan, you have to proceed and do it again when you found an error at the last stage.  (https://castellansystems.com/kb/Waterfall.cshtml)  Agile methodology is more flexible than Waterfall methodology. Agile incorporates changes of direction even late in the process, as well as accounting for stakeholders' feedback throughout the process. Therefore, the team will work on phases of the project simultaneously, often with short-term deadlines.  (https://mobile-jon.c

Communication skills help how to treat customers to satisfy them.  Secondly, the accountant requires professional research skills to constantly follow up the updated tax law and the government budget. It is quite a sensitive point to customers when they plan to open a business or estimate their tax amount in the financial year. I must understand all the details of updated informati
